International buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes required by their country for imported goods. The value listed on the customs forms will be the final price for the merchandise. We do not manipulate the listed contents or value on the customs forms.

Shipping Details:

All items are shipped via USPS, UPS & UPS MI Ground or Express Shipping. All package shipping includes shipping insurance to protect against shipping loss or damage claims

Combined Shipping Details:
Multiple item Combined shipping is available and is calculated at the rate published for the highest rate item being combined.

Reshipping Orders
ComputerOnlineStore.Net will reship orders carriers return to us due to packages not being claimed or bad addresses unless the order used Free Shipping. We charge 100% of the original S&H fee to reship orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Exchange Policy

AS-IS Merchandise
Items listed AS-IS are not returnable for exchange or refund. All sales related to AS-IS listings are final.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise is covered under the manufacturers warranty policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly to request an RMA. The manufacturer warranty details are included in the documentation provided with the equipment.

Returning New Merchandise

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase shipment date. In order to keep our prices low, we must charge a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number before returning any item. Upon receipt of the item, a refund will be processed less the restocking fee and original shipping charges. Serial numbers are documented and must match on all RMAs.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and lost or misdirected RMAs will not be refunded. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer obtain insurance on all RMA shipments. All returns must have the RMA number written on the outside of the shipping container. Please do NOT write directly on the manufacturer's original packaging. Writing directly on the manufacturers packaging will void all customer return rights. Returns without a valid RMA number will be rejected by our receiving department

Canceling Orders

Canceled orders, whether canceled by ComputerOnlineStore.Net or the Buyer, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Unpaid orders can be canceled once the buyer pays 15% of the cost of the item(s) contained in the order.

Paid, but not shipped orders can be canceled and a refund will be provided. The refunded amount will be equal to the total sale minus 15% of the total sale.

ComputerOnlineStore.Net does NOT CARRY any products. Therefore, some products may not be available while purchasing. We have the right to cancel the order and refund money, or asking you to buy other products if the products are not in stock.
